Plan now to attend the Kick Off Breakfast for Trenton Small Business Week
Plan now to attend the Kick Off Breakfast for Trenton Small Business Week on Monday, October 15 at 8:00 a.m. at the Trenton Marriott at Lafayette Yard. Attendance is free. A business card is required for admittance. This exciting event will feature networking time, a great breakfast, an informative program and attendee giveaways.
The program will include a conversation with Susanne Svizeny, Regional President, Wachovia Bank, entitled “Wachovia and Trenton – A Great Working Relationship.”
Ms. Svizeny has been with Wachovia since the acquisition of CoreStates Financial Corp. in 1998. Prior to her current position, she served as State Underwriting Head for the Pennsylvania and Delaware region and Director of New Jersey Middle Market Banking. Svizeny serves on several local boards including the Economic Development Corp. of Trenton.
Mayor Douglas H. Palmer will also host his annual small business awards in three categories: Small Business of the Year, Most Improved Appearance and Most Successful New Business. Mayor Palmer will bestow a certificate upon each winner followed by brief remarks by the winners.
Brian M. Hughes, Mercer County Executive, Sasa Montaño, Director, Department of Housing & Economic Development, City of Trenton and Anthony P. Carabelli Jr., Director, Economic Development, City of Trenton, will also be featured.
